The mutual blame when a deerclops stomps through your camp, ruining days worth of winter prep, is a strategy game in itself. Turns out the developer needn’t have worried, because a disaster shared is even more fun. Klei fought shy of adding co-op to its brilliant game of goth survival whimsy for a couple of years, reasoning (not unreasonably) that the addition of other people might break its esoteric spell, which relies on feelings of isolation and discovery. There are a few minor issues here and there. It also has the additional challenge of separation and more puzzles. It has the same two-player gameplay as the first two installments, so the learning curve is not a problem. Ultimately, We Were Here Together is a must-play for fans of co-op adventures and challenging puzzles. Moreover, despite it being the third installment, the story of the We Were Here franchise is still unfathomable. Some are brain-dead simple, while some are obnoxiously complex. However, while there may be more puzzles here, some of them are actually not that good. We Were Here Together is also the first game in the series that allows you to pick up multiple objects and place them in your inventory. Adding to the length of the game is the fact that each player will have a separate narrative. With this, you will spend more hours getting lost inside the castle. More than that, there are more puzzles than the previous titles.

You must share information and solve the puzzles using your walkie-talkie. In the game, upon entering, you and your companion got separated on two distinct paths. However, you and your friend will be whisked away to a castle in the Antarctic region.

You will solve puzzles to escape the place you, unfortunately, got trapped in. As mentioned, the game follows the same mechanics as its first two predecessors. We Were Here Together is a new addition to the co-op first-person escape room game series entitled We Were Here.
